Joep Bergmans (1941-2021, Waalwijk, The Netherlands) was, until 2002, a distinguished graphic designer in The Netherlands and this experience has proved significant in his artistic work. After his training he settled in Amsterdam and specialised in packaging design and house styles for Dutch companies as Campina, ING Group, Albert Heijn supermarkets, Vroom & Dreesman (department stores). His commercial creations have been exhibited in museum Het Kruithuis in Den Bosch and in 1994 in de Kunsthal in Rotterdam.
